# Branding Guidelines

Welcome to the Wingalaxy branding guidelines! We encourage supporters and community members to use our logos, icons, and other brand assets to create artwork and promotional content that amplifies the Wingalaxy ecosystem. To ensure consistency and brand integrity, please follow these guidelines when incorporating our brand elements.

## Using Wingalaxy Brand Assets:

* You are welcome to use Wingalaxy brand assets to create artwork promoting our official partnerships.
* Ensure your Wingalaxy promotions are positive, professional, and respectful in tone.
* Follow the official usage instructions for the Wingalaxy logo and brand colours as outlined in our separate branding guidelines document (link to document, if available).
* Respect Wingalaxy's intellectual property rights in all branding and marketing materials.
* Adhere to applicable laws and regulations regarding dApps, digital assets, and DeFi protocols.
* If you encounter instances that violate these guidelines, please report them to our Community Managers.
* Reach out to our Community Managers for any questions or assistance regarding the use of Wingalaxy brand assets.

## Restrictions on Brand Asset Usage:

* Modifying Brand Assets: Modifying or altering the official Wingalaxy logo or brand colours requires prior written approval from the Wingalaxy team.
* Impersonation and Doxing: Impersonating Wingalaxy or related entities, committing identity theft, doxing individuals, or publishing private information is strictly prohibited.
* Harmful Activities: Do not engage in any behavior that could damage the reputation of the Wingalaxy brand.
* Illegal or Unethical Activities: Using Wingalaxy brand assets for illegal, unlawful, or unethical activities is strictly forbidden.
* Merchandise and Physical Products: Creating merchandise or physical products using Wingalaxy brand assets is only permitted for personal use or with prior written approval from the Wingalaxy team.
* Misrepresenting Partnerships: Do not use Wingalaxy brand assets to imply an official partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
* Third-Party Branding: Combining Wingalaxy brand assets with third-party brands, images, trademarks, or intellectual property requires their team's official authorisation.
* Financial Promotions: Using Wingalaxy brand assets to promote or endorse other financial, crypto, or DeFi products or services requires prior written approval from the Wingalaxy team.
* Unauthorised Assets: Do not use any Wingalaxy brand assets other than those explicitly provided in these guidelines or through official channels.

Wingalaxy's trademarks are its sole and exclusive property. Any use of these trademarks must comply with these guidelines or be explicitly permitted by Wingalaxy in writing. These guidelines do not grant any ownership rights to Wingalaxy's trademarks. Wingalaxy reserves the right to take legal action against any individuals or entities that misuse its trademarks and the right to revoke permission to use its trademarks at any time and without prior notice.
